:Orders

We display products that are available and available to complete the sale. However, at times we may be awaiting shipments from our suppliers. :Pricing Policy

The prices displayed for our products on the website are in Saudi Riyals and are exclusive of taxes. These prices are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion and changes in raw material prices and other changes

:Acceptance of your order

Once you place your order, you will receive an email detailing your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, it is only a confirmation that we have received your order

Acceptance of the order and completion of the contract between you and Joory Diamonds will be completed when we dispatch the products to you at which time you will receive a second email containing the tracking number, confirming that your order has been dispatched. The contract of sale is therefore concluded in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our third party payment processor or nominated mail carrier does not have the authority to accept an order on behalf of Joory Diamonds

We reserve the right not to accept or fulfill your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular product, the product requested is unavailable or does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms. Furthermore, we may refuse to process your order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion and we will not be liable to you or any third party in this regard.

Although we make every effort to ensure that the details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel any such order that has been accepted or is in transit. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will refund your money to you once we have returned the products.

Once the transaction is completed, the payment will be debited and cleared from your account and you will then be redirected to the website. We offer free shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the company has the right to change this service at any time with notice to you by email

The delivery times shown on the website are estimates and not binding and should be used as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days from the day on which we accept your order.
